For most fathers, walking a daughter down the aisle at her wedding is a joyous moment they would never say no to. But one dad of one young girl has already vowed that he will not be the man at her side - instead it will be Dr. Alex Levy, the physician who helped save Chloe's life by discovering she had a brain tumor when she was 4 years old.

In an emotional video posted to YouTube in 2012 that has recently gone viral, Levy explains how Chloe was brought into the emergency room on Christmas Eve because she was vomiting and having trouble walking. MRIs showed that she had a malignant brain tumor.

"I'll never forget that the dad said to me, he said, 'Will I ever get to walk my daughter in her wedding?'" Levy said. "I said to him at that point, I said, 'I don't know, but we're going to try damn hard to make that happen.'"

Chloe underwent an aggressive treatment plan that included multiple surgeries and chemotherapy. She eventually went into remission.

"I told the father that, I said, 'The only thing I ever want is to be able to go to her wedding one day,'" Levy described in the video. "He told me a couple of weeks ago that he was planning to have me walk her."

Levy says that when he does finally receive the call one day to walk Chloe down the aisle at her wedding, he will probably retire because there will never be a greater sense of fulfillment than he would experience in that moment.

Chloe has suffered a few setbacks since the video was made, but she is doing fine.
