Chef Rick Bayless's Cinco de Mayo favorites

Our favorite celebrity chef, Rick Bayless, stops by Windy City LIVE to kick-off Cinco de Mayo in style!

Bayless is debuting two new restaurants right on Randolph Street in the booming West Loop neighborhood on May 5th.

His new seafood inspired spot, Leña Brava, means "Ferocious Wood" in Spanish. This unique concept is rooted in Baja California's live fire cooking.

The second Bayless location is Cruz Blanca, which mainly serves as a craft brewery.

Leña Brava is located at 900 W. Randolph Street.

Cruz Blanca Cervecería is located at 904 W. Randolph Street.
