A Chicago restaurant is celebrating its 10 year anniversary with a new contest.

Hannah's Bretzel launched its first annual "Emerging Chefs Challenge." Cooking students were invited to compete for a spot on the restaurant's menu with the next "uber" sandwich. This year's winner, Le Cordon Bleu student Joyce Mac joined us to demonstrate the recipe for her winning sandwich.

RECIPE:

Keen Wow De-Lite

Ingredients:

Quinoa bites made of kale, sundried tomatoes, manchego cheese and organic kettle chips, pickled onions, herb salad and jalapeos on Hannah's Bretzel organic bretzel bread

Preparation:

Slice open bread

Spread mayonnaise on both sides

Place 4 quinoa bites across

Top with pickled onions

Top with herb salad

Top with sliced jalapenos

Cover the sandwich
