Our Home Chef today is cooking up an authentic Mexican dish.

She says her guacamole is the BEST, but she is making a traditional Mexican dish called entomatadas for us.

Selene's Entomatadas with Rice

Sauce:

Tomato paste (2 cans)

2 Tomatoes

1 garlic

Half a white onion

Salt

Oregano

(Blend together, heat sauce in pan & bring to a boil)

Filling:

Adobo seasoning

Black pepper

Ground turkey

(Fry meat in pan with seasoning)

Tortillas

Cooking oil

Fry tortillas

Chihuahua cheese

(Put meat and cheese in & close tortillas, dip in sauce)

Mexican Rice:

Rice

1 Tomato or tomato sauce

Cilantro

Onion

Cooking oil

water

(Toast rice with oil - add tomato sauce, cilantro and onions add water and cook)
