The Centers for Disease Control says that 76 million Americans get food poisoning every year. The USDA confirms that food-borne illnesses increase during the summer. Registered dietitian, Pat Baird, visited ABC 7 Eyewitness News to highlight important and delicious tips for keeping everyone safe and satisfied.
