Naperville's Ribfest kicks off at Knoch Park

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- The 29th Annual Ribfest in Naperville kicked off Friday at noon.

The festival runs until July 4 at Knoch Park at 700 S West St, Naperville.

The festival features more than just ribs, with more than 40 other food vendors. Musical acts performing at the fest include: 3 Doors Down, Moon Taxi, Sister Hazel, Sheryl Crow, Craig Campbell, Lee Brice, Gin Blossoms and Tonic.

Ribfest donates 100 percent of net proceeds toward the prevention of child abuse and domestic violence.
