American Red Cross holds 100th Anniversary blood drive
American Red Cross is celebrating 100 years of serving residents in the Greater Chicago area.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- This year, the American Red Cross is celebrating 100 years of serving residents in the Greater Chicago area with disaster response, health and safety classes, blood collection, support of military families and more.

As part of the celebration, The American Red Cross is teaming up with ABC 7 and Blue Cross Blue Shield to host a blood drive on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Union Station in Chicago. ABC 7's Hosea Sanders and Cheryl Scott will be there.
