The app for every parent of a sick child

A new device and app seeks to make nighttime a little easier for parents of sick children.

Fever Scout allows parents to monitor a child's temperature while they (and the parent) sleep.

The device gently adheres to the child's skin and sends temperature updates to a mobile phone.

Users can also set an alarm to wake up when a child's temperature reaches a set level.

Parents Val and Roe said the Fever Scout app is a lifesaver for parents. The device and app sell for $59 and will ship in early 2016.
