In her new book, "Vitamin D is the Key," Alice Branton says vitamin D is critical to good health. A lack of Vitamin D can lead to poor immunity, digestive issues, mood disorders and more.

Branton, CEO of Trivdei Effect, sat down with ABC7 to talk about the importance of the vitamin in one's diet.
