City, People's Gas to help with winter heating bills

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The city of Chicago and People's Gas will help low-income families and seniors with their heating bills though their "Share the Warmth" program.

Chicago and people's gas says funding for its "Share the Warmth" program has doubled.
