CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are searching for the suspects behind an armed carjacking in Chicago's West Town neighborhood Thursday night.

The carjacking occurred at about 10:10 p.m. in the 1400-block of West Chicago Avenue, police said. Rex Archambault said he was sitting in his car outside a liquor store waiting for his wife when one of the men put a gun to his head.

"The other two guys start coming toward my car quickly. I turned to look at that and next thing I know, this guy has got a gun on my temple, and he said some racial things, he's gonna blow my brains out," Archambault said.

The carjackers drove off with Archambault's car.

Achambault ran into the store for help. He was not hurt.
