Dawn Jackson Blatner introduces 'My Diet is Better than Yours'

CHICAGO -- Dawn Jackson Blatner, a Chicago native, returns to Windy City Live to promote her new ABC prime-time show "My Diet is Better than Yours."

The show is hosted by Shaun T, creator of the workout sensation "Insanity."

The reality series features celebrity trainers, including Dawn, who coach average Americans to lose weight and get in shape. Each trainer brings their own individually designed and wildly diverse diet and exercise plan to their contestant, and works with them to change their lives.

"My Diet is Better than Yours" premieres at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8 on ABC.
