Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are neck and neck just three weeks ahead of the Iowa caucus. Clinton spoke about Chicago's violence problem during a forum in Iowa on Monday night.
"I remember that beautiful young woman, Hadiya Pendleton from Chicago," Clinton said. "Hanging out with her friends across from her school in Chicago, gets murdered. There are so many kinds of potential violent acts, and we have to go after all of them."
Bernie Sanders says one of his top priorities as president is improving policing relations.
"There are a number of ways that we need to reform police departments. And some of that is beginning to happen," Sanders said.
Donald Trump still polling the highest on the Republican side.
