Victor Wooten is a five-time Grammy Award-winning artist who picked up his first instrument at the age of two.

Victor Wooten is a five-time Grammy Award-winning artist who picked up his first instrument at the age of two. By age eight, he had a reputation of being called the "Bass Ace."

Wooten is the founding member of the group Bela Fleck and the Flecktones. In 2011, Wooten was named Rolling Stone Magazine'S top ten bassist of all time!

He is a husband, father, teacher and the founder of Victor Wooten's Center for music.

Wooten is performing live in Chicago on Jan.17-18. He will be performing at Chicago's annual tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the Chicago Sinfonietta.
