A major study just released by the American Heart Association is sounding the alarm about women and heart disease. The study found that 64 percent of women who die suddenly of heart disease have no previous symptoms and, overall, women experience more varied and less obvious symptoms compared to men. Standard tests can yield higher rates of inaccuracies and false positives for women.

One of the experts behind that national report is Dr. Annabelle Volgman from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
