Water main break creates icy mess in PA

SCRANTON, Pa. (WLS) -- A water main break caused a huge problem in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Water from the broken main was propelled high into the sky before raining down on the ground, flooding some streets in the area Thursday.

The next morning, all of the water turned to rock-solid ice. Nearby buildings, trees, light poles, and power lines were covered in ice.
