Visitation held Sunday for slain Gage Park family

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Six caskets were laid out at a Southwest Side church Sunday as people paid their respects to members of the Martinez family, who were found murdered in their Gage Park home last week.

"To everyone that knew my kids and my family, they knew they were great, beautiful human beings. I don't understand what happened but I want to thank everyone, everyone in Chicago who has supported us," said Armando Cruz, the father of the two youngest victims - ages 10 and 13.

Police have made no arrests. They say the family was targeted, but there's no word of a possible motive.

The victims' remains will be flown to Mexico to be buried.
