The Bachelor at Wrigley Field on Monday
?The Bachelor? airs at 7 p.m. Monday on ABC7.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Batter up! The Friendly Confines are ready for a home run to romance.

"The Bachelor" reality dating show will be at Wrigley Field in the Monday night episode, which airs at 7 p.m. on ABC7.

This episode was shot in October so there won't be any snow on the ground. Joelle "JoJo" Fletcher, of Texas, will be on the date.

The Cubs invited Ben Higgins, aka the Bachelor, to Wrigley after finding out he's a lifelong fan. Some Cubs staff who are fans of the show saw a picture of Higgins at Wrigley on his Twitter page and help get him invited.

"He grew up in Northwest Indiana and grew up a Cubs fan," said Alison Miller, senior director of marketing for the Chicago Cubs. "He has great stories about coming to Wrigley with his father and grandfather so it certainly is a place that meant a lot to him and the opportunity to share it on a date with somebody on a date was meaningful for him."

Ben and Jojo donned jerseys, cuddle in the dugout and take in the mystique of the baseball cathedral.

"Wrigley Field has a lot of romance whether it be romance for fans' love of the team or fans falling in love with each other there's lots of folks who have met their spouse in the bleachers," Miller said. "In our ballpark, our owner Tom Ricketts met his wife in our bleachers. We think it's a place where love happens."

"The Bachelor" airs at 7 p.m. Monday on ABC7.
