A new report by the Better Government Association finds that CTA execs are cashing in on pensions.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Transit Authority benefits the city, keeping commuters on the go.

But a new report by the Better Government Association finds that CTA execs are cashing in on pensions, even while moving on to other government jobs in their 40s and 50s.
