CHICAGO (WLS) -- A total of 150 girls soccer players from four local high schools are teaming up to help a Chicago women's shelter.

Team captains from each school showed off samples products they're collecting for donation. They are currently focusing on soap, shampoo and other hygiene items.

The donations are all part of a program called Buddy's Helpers Making a Difference On and Off the Field.
