Police warn of business burglaries in North Center, Lakeview

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are alerting North Side businesses after burglaries were reported at two stores.

Police released surveillance pictures of the alleged suspect in the most recent burglary. It happened early Tuesday morning in the 1200-block of West Belmont.

On Jan. 26 police said a burglar also hit a store on the 4000-block of North Lincoln Avenue.

In the first incident, the suspect was described as a 30-year-old black man between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9 weighing around 250 pounds. In the second incident, the suspect is described as a 6-foot-2 black man between 35-45 years old weighing around 220 pounds.
