At least two people have been arrested during protests in the Loop rallying against police brutality.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police say four people were arrested during protests in the Loop rallying against police brutality. They were charged with obstruction of traffic by a non-motorist.

The march started at 3 p.m. at State and Jackson, with some confrontation between the groups and police, who are trying to keep protesters off the streets.

This is the second rally against police brutality of the day.

Family members of people killed by police spoke at the Thompson Center earlier Wednesday. They say the pain of losing a loved one never gets easier. It was organized by the Stop Mass Incarceration Network.
