It's almost bikini season, so Windy City LIVE enlisted the help of Ryan Chiaverini's personal trainer, Joey Thurman, to kick our butts into shape!

Thurman, a Chicagoan and certified personal trainer, chats about his newly released book, "365 Health and Fitness Hacks That Could Save Your Life."

Thurman shared several of his health and fitness hacks with us on the show. He suggests eating a fresh grapefruit or freshly squeezed grapefruit juice before eating a "bad meal." He says we should all sleep in a cold room and exercise during commercial breaks (especially during Windy City LIVE). Joey also has a special healthy "shot" we should all take when we wake up in the morning.
