CHICAGO (WLS) -- Some Wrigley Field neighbors are not happy that crews have chopped down trees and bushes around the ballpark.

Stumps are all that remain of five trees that lined the 3700- block of North Seminary Avenue.

The trees were removed as part of the Wrigley construction project.

The Cubs apologized for not communicating about the work to neighbors and they say after the project is done, they will return trees to the area.
