Ride-share companies Uber and Lyft are accused of not paying a tax for picking up at Chicago's airports, according to lawsuit.

The village of Rosemont in the north suburbs, along with tour agencies McPier and Choose Chicago filed the suit.

Uber said it already pays the city's $5 pick-up and drop-off fee at the airports and this other tax is beyond McPier's authority.

Ride-share companies just started airport pickups in November.
