A soldier from Fort Bragg surprised his sister with a trip to Disney World

OAKMONT, Pa. -- A Fort Bragg paratrooper took part in a special surprise for his sister in Pennsylvania.

Mary Pat Siess has an aggressive form of leukemia. She works at a bakery and thought she was making a birthday cake for a little girl with cancer. That's when her brother, Robert, surprised her in the store.

He told her they were going to take a trip to Disney World.

"I had no idea," she said. "Everyone thought I knew but I had no idea."

The two shared a big hug and tears of joy.

"She's probably the strongest person I've met in my life," Robert said about his sister. "About time we did something for her."

The surprise was organized by a non-profit group called Jamie's Dream Team.
