Police warn of robbers targeting visibly drunk people in Loop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are warning about robberies in the Loop targeting a specific kind of victim.

Police say a pair of robbers are walking up to people who are visibly drunk and demanding their wallets and cell phones. At least three incidents took place at night, in the Loop, within a few blocks of State and Jackson.

Police have only a vague description of the robbers: Two or three unknown African American men, between the ages of 15 and 22 and between 5 ft. 8 in. and 6 ft. 1 in. tall.
