South Side apartment building catches fire

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An apartment building on Chicago's south side was engulfed in flames Monday afternoon.

The fire broke out at 43rd and Langley in the Bronzeville neighborhood. It appears the flames burned through some debris on a back porch.

Firefighters had the blaze under control shortly before 5:15 p.m. Monday.

There are no reports so far of any injuries.
