Domino's pizza helps saves life
A man is now hospitalized after his favorite pizza restaurant called 911 for help

SALEM, OR -- An Oregon man owes his life to a pizza delivery driver -- all because he is a good customer.

Kirk Alexander, 48, is a well-known regular customer at a Domino's in Salem, Oregon, but over the weekend, employees noticed something was off.

Sarah Fuller, the general manager of the Domino's, explained, "A few of my drivers had mentioned that we hadn't seen his order come across our screen in a while, so I went and looked up to see how long it had been since he last ordered and it was 11 days, which is not like him at all."

Fuller says they tried calling Alexander a few times with no answer, so they called 911.

Deputies arrived and could hear Alexander calling for help. They took him to the hospital where he is now listed in fair condition.

A local law enforcement official says Alexander was suffering from medical problems that could have ended his life, OregonLive reports.

Domino's employees have been bringing Alexander cards and flowers, hoping he will recover faster knowing people care about him.
