People all over the city are dusting off their grills and getting outside as the weather starts to get warmer. Ji heads out to Naperville to a spot called Kreger's Brat and Sausage Haus that grills brats outside year round. There she learns why Kreger's Brats are so fresh and learns the secrets to grilling the perfect brat. Ji also previews Chef John Manion's restaurant, El Che Bar, which is set to open early this summer in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. El Che Bar will specialize in grilled meats and vegetables that they will cook on custom made grills. The restaurant also brought in some food for the hosts to preview.
