Kingwood family says CenterPoint worker hit their two dogs.

The family released video from a surveillance camera which caught the worker as he swung his wrench at two of the Wilcox family's Weimaraners. At one point, he hit one of the dogs in the face.

A second dog was struck in the side as it attempted to run from the CenterPoint Energy contractor.

Flash had to undergo jaw surgery in April. The dog also suffered a damaged eye, lost a tooth and had a concussion.

But again, sadly, the Wilcox family has confirmed that Shutter died from trauma suffered during the attack.
