Survey finds office fridge theft common
A new survey from online grocer Peapod.com found 71 percent of people had food and drinks stolen from a work refrigerator.

Have you ever put your lunch or snack in the office fridge, then discover hours later that it's gone?

If so, you're not alone.

A new survey from online grocer Peapod.com found 71 percent of people had food and drinks stolen from a work refrigerator.

Men were nearly twice as likely as women to admit to have taken food that didn't belong to them.

Only about a third of those surveyed admitted taking something that wasn't theirs.

So how do you prevent your lunch from being stolen?

One company sells anti-theft sandwich bags, which has green spots that look like mold. The mold look aims to fend off lunch poachers.
