ABC 7 Chicago to launch 11:00 AM newscast; Windy City LIVE moves to 1:00 PM
CHICAGO (WLS) -- ABC 7 Chicago will launch an 11 AM weekday newscast and WINDY CITY LIVE, the station's popular talk and entertainment show, hosted by Val Warner and Ryan Chiaverini, will move to 1 pm weekdays. Both changes to ABC 7 Chicago's daytime schedule are effective Monday, June 27.
"We're always thrilled to seize an opportunity to produce more news and information for our viewers. An 11 am newscast will be a great addition to our daytime lineup," said Jennifer Graves, Vice President and News Director, ABC 7.
"Windy City LIVE, a one-of-a kind Chicago gem that in its 5th year, has not only entertained local audiences but has forged so many fantastic connections in the community.
