VIDEO: Union members yell obscenities at Gov. Rauner

OTTAWA, Ill. (WLS) -- Union members yelled obscenities at Gov. Bruce Rauner on Monday as he left the Ottawa City Hall in LaSalle County.

The encounter was captured on cellphone video.

The protest forced Rauner to change the location of a meeting.

Rauner's office declined comment.
