Daily Herald: Do deportation tactics go too far?

SCHAUMBURG (WLS) -- 'We don't want them to use this place as a trap,' one leader of the Christian Pentecostal Center said after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents tricked parishioner Reynold Garcia into leaving the Schaumburg church so he could be deported, along with his family. Federal lawmakers including U.S. Rep. Tammy Duckworth have asked the Department of Homeland Security's inspector general to investigate whether ICE broke its own rules, but others say the tactics are appropriate to remove someone who is in the U.S. illegally.
