Two workers injured after lightning strike in Libertyville

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Two construction workers were jolted by a lightning strike Monday afternoon at Libertyville High School.

The Libertyville Fire Department said hte workers were on the roof of the building at 708 W. Park Ave. at the time.

The workers were not directly hit by the lightning. They were transported to Condell Medical Center with minor injuries.
