Teen girl forced into vehicle, sexually assaulted

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 15-year old girl was forced into a vehicle, driven several blocks and sexually assaulted on the city's South Side, police said.

The incident occurred at 2:30 a.m. Thursday. The girl was taken to the 8000-block of South Lafayette Avenue, where the offender was pushed out of the vehicle after the assault. The offender then drove away.

The girl sustained a broken ankle and bruises to both arms and was hospitalized Sunday night.
