LAS VEGAS, NV -- An alleged hit-and-run driver who was caught on camera hurling curse words and flashing a family has been arrested nearly a week after the now-viral rush hour traffic incident.

Gina DeMarco, 34, was arrested by the Nevada Highway Patrol on Wednesday, six days after a car crash sparked DeMarco's outburst. DeMarco can be seen on camera screaming, "You hit my (expletive) car! Brand (expletive) new! Idiot!"

She then raises her shirt.

Adrian Rodriguez told station KSNV-TV he and DeMarco collided on an off-ramp.

"She was going crazy," he told KSNV.

Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Buratczuk says DeMarco could be facing hit-and-run and indecent exposure charges.

But DeMarco may be in even more trouble. Buratczuk added, "We found there may be something going on, beyond just a regular hit-and-run crash. It looks like maybe some fraud or identity theft may be involved. Investigators are still looking into that."

For now, DeMarco is behind bars and getting ready to face a judge.

Buratczuk said, "If she would've just stayed on scene, and waited for NHP to get there, she would've had an unsafe lane change ticket and been on her way, and now because of her actions, here we are today."

The video of the road rage incident has been viewed thousands of times.
