VIDEO: Woman wearing ankle monitor approaches porch, steals giant package - of dog food

MORENO VALLEY, Calif. -- A woman appearing to wear an ankle monitor was caught on surveillance camera stealing a package from a Moreno Valley home on Wednesday.

A vehicle pulls in front of the home on Roja Street and a woman is seen getting out on the passenger side of the car.

The woman approaches the home, grabs a giant package that was sitting on the porch, and runs back to the waiting vehicle.

It appeared the woman was wearing an ankle monitor on her left leg during the incident.

The suspect was perhaps a bit disappointed because the homeowners said there was only dog food inside the package.
