IPRA recommends officers in unjustified shooting be fired

A Chicago police officer is seen in this undated file photo.

The Independent Police Review Authority recommended that three Chicago police officers be fired for shootings the agency called "unjustified."

One of the people injured in those shootings was Antwone Golatte, who spoke publicly for the first time about the shooting Monday and showed his scars.

Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson has 90 days to respond to the recommendation.
