Sunshine Daydream Playground opens on West Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Children on Chicago's West Side enjoyed a new playground on Thursday.

A large crowed celebrated the debut of the Sunshine Daydream Playground at Douglas Park in North Lawndale.

The park, named after one of the Grateful Dead's most popular songs, features musical instruments and musically-themed play equipment.

Airbnb teamed up with the Chicago Park District for the project.
