A lawsuit against Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth will not go to trial on Monday as originally scheduled.

Two women have accused Duckworth of violating ethics laws back when she led the Illinois Department of Veteran's Affairs.

There were reports earlier this summer that a settlement had been reached but the plaintiffs wouldn't sign the deal.

A judge has now vacated the trial date and given the plaintiffs 21 days to sign the agreement.
