2 stabbed in Chinatown, police say

A man and woman were stabbed near a travel agency in Chinatown Thursday afternoon.

Police said the two were stabbed in the 2100-block of South China Place around 12:30 p.m.

The man, 32, was stabbed in the stomach and the woman, 29, was stabbed in the shoulder. Both were taken to Stroger Hospital in stable condition.

No one is in custody.
