Chicago's seafood scene is certainly making waves as a few restaurants are delighting guests with some of the most appetizing entrees. First up, Snaggletooth in Lakeview is a tiny space bursting with big flavor. Co-owners Bill Montagne and Jennifer Kim are experienced chefs who know what their customers want. Next, Firefin Poke Shop, a new lunch spot in the loop is Chicago's answer to a Hawaiian favorite. Poke bowls are filled with ahi or albacore tuna, salmon, chicken, tofu or snow crab with a variety of toppings over rice, greens or noodles. Lastly, Glenn Fahlstrom's latest restaurant project, Fahlstrom's Fresh Fish Market on Belmont is a family-friendly option serving fresh fish and seafood, breakfast all day and even some options for land-lovers.
