CHICAGO -- What began as a supper club in a Columbia University dorm room has landed chef Jonah Reider a one-month stint at Chicago's innovative Lincoln Park restaurant, INTRO. The recent Columbia graduate created his own dorm-room restaurant called Pith back in 2015. The restaurant seated four and cost only $15 per meal; making it a huge hit in the New York food scene.

Jonah took on the role as chef-in-residence for INTRO this month. The chef, event curator, and entrepreneur stopped by Windy City LIVE to talk about his journey and new role at INTRO. Many of Jonah's supper club dishes can be found on INTRO's a la carte menu such as his venison tartare. Guests can also engage in a multi-course communal experience for $95 a person, offered Thursdays through Saturdays. Information for reservations will be shared with subscribers of INTRO's email list.
