CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago fast-food workers protested outside the Rock N Roll McDonald's Thursday afternoon.

The action followed the filing of 15 federal sexual harassment complaints against the fast-food giant.

Among the complaints is one by a Chicago McDonald's worker.

The workers are demanding the company enforce the zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment that is outlined in the Operations and Training Policies for Franchisees manuals.

ABC 7 reached out to McDonald's.
