'Dancing with the Stars' pro performs at Chicago Harvest Moon Ball

ROSEMONT, Ill. (WLS) -- Dancers from around the country are competing for the top prize at the Chicago Harvest Moon Ball DanceSport Championships. The four day event is being held October 6-9, 2016 at The Westin O'Hare in Rosemont. Dancers will compete in a variety of ballroom-style dances. There to cheer them on, and perform, Dancing with the Stars Season 10 Winner, Karina Smirnoff. She and her dance partner, World Professional Championship Runner-Up and World Amatuer Latin Champion, Slavik Kryklyvyy, joined ABC 7 live from the dance floor to talk about the the Chicago Harvest Moon Ball DanceSport Championships, and an upcoming group workshop.

Admission: $75 for the Saturday evening Show and competition. Seating is reserved. $20 - $40 for the other sessions during the weekend.
