The new reality series "Downtown Shabby," features the Chicago husband and wife design duo of Frank and Sherry Fontana.
Frank Fontana is a design and renovation guy. We first met him on HGTV's "Design on a Dime" and he has branched out to be a radio host, brand ambassador and author.
In this new series, his wife Sherry Fontana gets her hands dirty with her husband, doing what they love best - makeovers.
The couple talked about their show and one of their favorite things - DIY projects.
They brought three easy -to-do projects:
Metallic Rope Basket (old laundry basket, wrap in felt, hot glue rope around, paint)
Yarn Wrapped Luminaries (crisscross twine around glass jars, spray paint or brush on paint, unwrap, place tealight inside)
Stencil Chairs (buy/make stencil, sponge on acrylic paint, let dry, remove stencil)
