It's time to play at the Chicago Toy and Game Fair
Navy Pier is inviting kids of all ages to experience the power of play during the 14th Annual Chicago Toy and Game Fair.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Navy Pier is inviting kids of all ages to experience the power of play during the 14th Annual Chicago Toy and Game Fair Nov. 19-20, 2016. It's the largest toy and game fair open to the public in the U.S. Attendees can explore booths from more than 100 toy and game companies. In this hands-on, interactive experience, kids and adults and play with the newest, hottest toys and game of the holiday season.

Tickets are just $7 for children and $14 for adults.

Along with all the toys and games, fans of Star Wars can attend a special luncheon starting at 12 p.m. on Nov. 19. There will be photo opportunities with characters, special prizes and giveaways, and a chance to meet one of the Star Wars toy creators.

The Chicago Toy and Game Fair is also looking for the next generation of toy innovators. Target and Pressman Toy is hosting the 10th Annual Young Inventor Challenge. Girls and boys ages 6 through 18 use their imaginations to invent their own original toy or game. The science fair style panel features industry experts. The grand prize will include a professional game or toy mentorship opportunity with Jeff Pinsker, president of Pressman Toy, as well as chance to have the winning creation on sale in Target stores. Pinsker joined ABC 7 live from Navy Pier to talk about the Chicago Toy and Game Fair and the search for young inventors.
