Blue Line train service restored after possible fire

CTA Blue Line.

CTA Blue Line service was restored Wednesday evening after it was temporarily suspended between O'Hare and Rosemont stops due to a possible fire.

Shortly before 7 p.m., the CTA tweeted that commuters would experience residual delays. The trains were suspended at about 6 p.m.

Bus shuttle service was helping to route commuters between O'Hare and Rosemont.
